The booklet outlines concepts related to (urban) common(s) and commoning, cut with vingettes, somatic invitations, improvisational scores, and speculative worldings. The shape of an idea is woven by different fragments or invitations to perceive and practice our selves, socialities, and spaces in novel ways; unravelling the modes by which we (un)consciously shape and are shaped by one another, the material environment, and planetary living matter as a whole.
Melissa Harrison is a Berlin-based researcher and practitioner working across somatic, social, and spatial practice; transformative pedagogies; and urban performativity and justice. Her doctoral research explored common(ing) space: (un)learning and (un)making the city.
