The Smell Lab is teaming up with Neuroscientist and independent performer Anna D’Erico to present one evening of scent and movement explorations in Berlin!
What happens to your body when you smell your favorite odor? And a disgusting one? How your feelings and reactions translate to your body language, do they make you move? Or do you feel stuck? Or, perhaps do you relax and enjoy yourself in stillness?
In this workshop we will use some basic principle techniques of relaxation, respiration and gentle movement to explore our reaction to a scent. We will put odors and movement in dialogue, and everyone could create his own scent-in-move sequence.
Who can participate: everyone.
What to bring: comfortable clothes, socks (if you need) to be able to walk without shoes, and your nose.
Duration: 1,5h
