Date: 15 April 2023
Time: 13:00 – 15:00
Location: TOP project space, Industriestr 40 / Schätzelbergstrasse 1-3, 12099 Tempelhof
Through somatic and spatial modes and methods, we will explore the ways in which we shape and are shaped by other human bodies and non-human matter. The workshops will search for embodied and sensorial ways of negotiating autonomy and collectivity, dissensus and consensus, fluidity and friction. By resituating our relationship to ourselves and each other, we will explore how we resituate our relationship to space, moving from the “city as screen to the city as stage”.
The workshop will be led by Melissa Harrison, a researcher and practitioner working across soma, sociality, and space. melissaharrison.org
The workshop is open to all, regardless of experience, with a sliding scale from 7-15 euro. It will be held in English, however, German translation can be provided if needed and written translations can be provided for anyone who is hearing challenged. The space is wheelchair accessible with gender-neutral toilets. If you have any other needs or questions, please feel free to get in contact!
There will be limited spaces, so please register by email: melissa.harrison32@gmail.com
