>top members Hyui Ines Rmi and Cere Davis will present their works in the Vorspiel opening at Acud Macht Neu on January 17. The one-night pop-up presentations will start at 18:00.

Cere Davis will show her interactive installation titled “Liquid Bloom” in ACUD’s Gallery Space. Hyui Ines Rmi will perform her “no 1 nodes” at ACUD’s Theatre between 21:00-21:30 together with Adomas Laurinaitis, Daphne Carl, and Maximilian Schweizer.

Hyui Ines Rmi – By re-contextualising different spaces – physical, bodily, auditory – Hyui Ines Rmi creates works that peel multi-layers of our present beings through sound, poetry, performance and installation; often resulting in a poetic cake of unconscious and conscious crux. She lives and works in Berlin. www.h-i-r.space

Cere Davis is a science-artist, kinetic sculptor and science educator based in Berlin. Her works are analog experiments in emergent dynamics which bridge new forms of media/interactive art and kinetic sculpture.  As a part of her work she collaborates with scientists and artists to inspire scientific curiosity and participatory learning through interactive art and critical making. 

She has been awarded the People’s Choice award in 2015 at Oakland Aeolian Day for her acousto-kinetic sculpture and in 2018 by the Awesome Foundation for her opto-kinetic sculpture, Liquid Loom.
