TRIPLEBUNNYDOUBLEBIND is part of a larger project that is dealing with schizophrenia and, more generally, with the way mental illness plays out in the countries with Post-Soviet legacies. Featuring an AI-translated message by a person from the author’s hometown, the work draws largely upon the experience of paranoia and fear associated with the political regime in Russia, especially its repercussions in the online dimensions through the algorithmic/machinic de-subjectivisation processes.
