Präsentation eines Videofilms über den Wideraufbau des Palastes der litauischen Großfürsten
in Vilnius und die aktuelle gesellschaftliche Reflexion darüber.

Es werden auch zwei frühere Videoarbeiten des Künstlers gezeigt (feat. JMG Produktion):
"Weihnachtsmanprojekt" (5min) und "Polenmarkt" (18min).
Dabei geht es um die gesellschaftliche Reflektion zweier verschiedener Themen.
Aus diesen beiden Filmen ist die Fragestellung zum Wiederaufbau von Palästen entstanden.

Der deutsche Antiamerikanismus pazifistischer PACE-Balkonfahnen,
das Feindbild Bush, aber auch der Sternenbanner-Patriotismus kurz
vor dem Abspann des neusten indymedia-lischen Aufklaerungsfilms[1]
sind nicht ausreichend, um zu klaeren, welche Situation vorliegt.
Denn die Verquickungen des Kapitals, z.B. in der BRD, unter dem
Schutz von Staat, Armee und Polizei usw. sind immer auf
Weltmarktniveau. Das kann man bezueglich des Aufstiegs der EU unter
deutscher Fuehrung in der europaeischen Agenda 2010 nachlesen.[2]

Der Chef einer kapitalen Universitaet[3] muss daher im Interesse der
Verschleierung der Zusammenhaenge von Elitenbildung und neuer (alter)
Armut, an denen er als Agent beteiligt ist, und bei Wahrung des neu
gewonnenen Status Quo als Front-Top-Institution des Klassenkampfs von
oben im Bereich Know-How, alles zensieren, was dem zu nahe kommt.[4]

Ihre Exzellenz Information ist offenbar nicht einfach eine simple

Ein Doppelbezug zur "Wizards of OS" und zur "Ars Electronica" macht es nicht eben einfacher. So viele Aersche sind mit USB-Sticks zu versorgen. Es ist doch so: Alle wissen es, aber keiner sagt etwas. Darum sind die anderen und Zampa die Helden des Dissens (des Diss-ens und des Dissing) dieses Herbstes. Denn die groszen neuen Machtknoten der staatlich subventionierten Mediennetzwerke, wie sie sich seit Mitte der 1990er Jahre herausgebildet haben, schieben sich - zur Person geworden - die Poestchen zu und schachern um die Marktanteile im Politkultursektor / Abteilung EDV, im Mikro- wie im Bundesbereich.

Die Gruppe im RAUM [][][] Schwedenstr. 16 hat Künstler und Künstlerinnen der Sparten Video- und Computerkunst, Elektronik und Musik, sowie Karikatur und Performance eingeladen, sich mit dem Thema der Machtverteilung in Kulturnetzwerken zu beschäftigen. Ziel ist, Abhängigkeitsverhältnisse und damit verbundene Schwierigkeiten für den je eigenen Arbeitsprozess fruchtbar zu machen. Der Titel der Veranstaltung spielt ironisierend auf die Großveranstaltungen "Wizards of OS" (Berlin) und "Ars Electronica" (Linz) an, die beide im kulturpolitischen Bereich der Medienkünste trendsetzend wirken.

"Information Freedom Rules" is the title of the 4th Wizards of OS conference, taking place in Berlin on 14-16 September 2006.
Among the topics are the future of free software and the presence of free netlabel music, the freedom of art and the free culture
nation Brazil. The rules to be discussed include copyright law and licenses, quality assurance in free information
and regulation of the electromagnetic spectrum, an essential resource as we move into the mobile wireless era.
Another essential resource is money.
New rules for an economy based on free culture will be one of the focus issues of WOS4.
